Founded in Seoul in 2022, Beaux-Arts Gallery is a contemporary art gallery built on more than 30 years of professional experience in the Korean art world, combining deep knowledge of the market, long-standing relationships with artists and collectors, and a commitment to discovering and supporting distinctive artistic practices.
Located in Cheongdam, Seoul, the gallery brings together established figures of Korean contemporary art with artists whose practices it believes deserve greater recognition. Rather than defining its programme by generation or market status, Beaux-Arts is guided by the strength and individuality of the work itself. This approach has shaped a programme in which recognized artists and developing voices are presented in dialogue, encouraging collectors to engage with art across generations and established hierarchies.
Building on its strong foundation in Korea, Beaux-Arts is now developing a broader international programme. Its vision is twofold: to introduce compelling Korean contemporary practices to collectors and institutions abroad, while bringing carefully selected European and international artists to Korea and the wider Asian market.
Through exhibitions, artist development, international art fairs and cross-cultural collaborations, Beaux-Arts seeks to build lasting careers rather than follow short-term trends. Its ambition is to become a distinctive Seoul-based platform where Korean and international contemporary art meet — grounded in experience, driven by discovery, and increasingly engaged with the global art world.
